  1. Sodium Molybdate is extracted from molybdenum concentrate, whose main component is MoS₂.
  2. The concentrate is first subjected to oxidative roasting to produce molybdenum trioxide, which is then leached with an alkaline solution to obtain a sodium molybdate solution.
  3. The leachate is then filtered by suction, evaporated, and concentrated.
  4. The concentrated liquid undergoes cooling crystallization, centrifugal separation, and drying to yield the final high purity sodium molybdate (Mo 39.0%).
